Tasting Notes: The "Trinquette" cuvée of La Petite Baigneuse is a beautiful blend of Grenache (70%, aged in concrete vats) and Carignan (30%, aged in barrels). The geographical location of the estate and its schist terroir brings freshness, finesse and minerality to this ripe wine, full, round, with black and red fruits. A beautiful balance for this wine which will accompany Mediterranean cuisine, antipasti, grilled red meats.
