Tasting Notes: Julien Renard's Riesling Le Ch' ti is vinified in a similar way to his other wines, partly in used wood and partly in steel tanks. What sets it apart from the others is the long ageing on the full lees. It was left on the lees until shortly before bottling, which gives it a slightly different character, with a hint of oxidation reminiscent of the Jura.
