Tasting notes : Deep ruby with a translucent edge, radiant and inviting. Bursting aromas of wild cherry, raspberry, and cassis mingle with violet, a hint of black pepper, and subtle earthy undertones. On the palate it’s medium-bodied, juicy, and vibrant, with fine silky tannins, a touch of minerality, and fresh, tangy red fruit. Finishes long, clean, and persistent, with a delicate whisper of anise and forest floor.
