Tasting Notes: 80% of the mass is spontaneously fermented in stainless steel and cement tanks and 20% in used tonneau with skins and stems. Refinement takes place in the same containers until spring. Pranzegg's Tonsur is a fresh, agile and easy drinking white wine. Taut and lively, in the mouth it combines its little softness with freshness, minerality and a veiled aromatic nuance. A wine that makes you feel in a hurry to drink it, for its crisp and very drinkable finish.
