Each bottle can be identified by its unique number and is released only after the Kakha Tchotiashvili has signed them. The wine has been macerated in qvevri for three and a half years with skin contact. Medium purple, Fruitiness, earthy, cassis, cherry, blackberry, plum, chocolate, leather, tobacco. Present acidity, fruity, cherry, pepper, spicy, orange, strong and young tannins, complex and mineral freshness.
