Petit Meslier Extra Brut - Tom Litwan - 2020

Tasting notes : Maturation of the base wine in used barriques and double barriques. 3-year ageing on the lees after the second fermentation. 100% Petit Méslier from the top vineyard Chalofe in Thlaheim. An extremely exciting but rare grape variety from Champagne. Intense on the nose, with aromas of green apple, white peach, rhubarb, lemon zest, lime, almonds and fresh bread. Refreshing on the palate, complex, structured, with fine perlage and a long, slightly salty finish.
