Tasting Notes: Slightly hazy in the glass, the wine shows a yellow color with green and golden reflexes. In the nose there are aromas of pear drops and banana, with notes of citrus peel, dried flowers and a bit of seaspray in the background. On the palate it first shows a salty minerality, with ripe fruit flavors. There are some very light tannins emerging mid-palate. Towards the end, there is fresh acidity, leading to a dry finish that culminates in a long aftertaste.
