Tasting Notes: The Schnellberg parcel is our steepest site in the municipality of Ottoberg. Old Swiss Pinot Noir clones, planted in 1979 and 1982, are fermented with their own juicy yeast, matured for 15 months in second-fill barriques and bottled unfiltered. The high biodiversity of the vineyard gives the wine its very own feminine Pinot characteristics. Optimal drinking maturity begins after 2 to 3 years of ageing.
The typical flavours of raspberry, cherry and strawberry are refined with noble roasted notes. Elegant and complex wine with deep fruit.
