Tasting notes : Bright cherry-pink with a lively froth of fine bubbles. Aromas leap from the glass: wild red strawberries, sour cherry, a hint of rhubarb and a whisper of fresh mint leaf. On the palate it’s crisp and zippy, red berry juice meets subtle salinity and chalky limestone minerality, the texture playful yet precise. Finishes dry and mouth-watering, with a flash of tart cranberry and a clean, cool echo of slate.
