Tasting Notes: Ograde is a full bodied and artisanal orange wine, macerated in skins for 15 days, a precious nectar of Karst. The amber color with orange tints and the exuberant and rich aromas of resin, candied fruit, honey and mineral nuances accompany an enveloping and intense taste, endowed with a remarkable crispness and a pleasant aromaticity. Wine made as in the past with artisanal methods.
Tasting Notes: Harvested and selected by hand, the wine is fermented using only the yeasts found naturally on the grape skin. The grape mash is left in the juice during fermentation, imparting a beautiful golden color to the wine. Vinification takes place in cement tanks, while maturation is carried out in terracotta jars from Impruneta and in acacia and chestnut barrels.
Our Verment'oro has an intense yellow color, with aromas of yellow fruit and medicinal herbs. The wine pairs well with bold foods such as pasta with vegetables, white meats, oily fish, and cheeses.
Tasting Notes: Caramel, honey, bitter orange marmalade and Earl Grey tea. The grapes were partly de-stemmed and ferment in 1000L tanks for a twelve weeks with occasional push downs to slowly extract the tannins in the skins. After pressing the fermenting juice is transferred into small used barrels to age for a minimum of 2 years. Throughout that period there is no topping up or any kind of filtration or fining and all wines at Mythopia are being bottled without the addition of sulphur.
Tasting Notes: Dario Princic's Jakot is a white wine macerated in skins made of Friulano grapes from 60 years old vineyards and aged for 30 months in large casks. The nose has aromas of officinal herbs, hay, citrus fruits, candied fruit and ginger. Fresh and sapid on the palate, with unusual delicate tannins and long finish. Wine made as in the past with artisanal methods. Spontaneous fermentation in open wooden vats, with over 20 days of maceration on the skins. Unfiltered. Very little sulfur dioxide added. 30 months in large casks, 3 months in steel.

Tasting Notes: Intense gold colour. Aromas of honey, dried fruits and hazelnuts. 10 days of maceration before 18 months in rover casks. It has high drinkability yet complexity thanks to the acidity. Great for aperos as well as with seafood.
Tasting Notes: Rather long maceration which gives the wine a rather onion skin colour. The nose as well as the mouth are marked by notes of fresh and cooked fruits. Important mouthfeel: round, tannic. But the finish does not allow us to fall asleep because it is invigorating: superb acidity. Dense and lingering finish with bitter orange, ginger and a return of freshness.
