Tasting Notes: Hazy golden yellow color. Aromas of apricot yoghurt, chalk and pears, with some cardamom and herbs in the background. Smooth and juicy on the palate, with a pleasant creaminess and a refreshing acidity.
Tasting Notes: Nosiola "Fontanasanta" is an intense and full bodied white wine, vinified with long maceration on skins in terracotta amphorae. It emanates complex and articulated aromas of exotic fruits, citrus fruits, spices and aromatic herbs. The palate reveals great freshness and flavor, in a balanced and very long sip.
Tasting Notes: This wine was fermented on the skins in Qvevri, large clay jars buried under the ground, following the 8000-year-old Georgian traditional method.
The wines amber color is a result of its extended contact with the skins. Deep amber. Wildflowers, dried apricot, almond, truffle, and hay. Dried apple and apricots, spices and dried herbs and finishing with the firm and well-integrated tannins, medium body, and medium-long aftertaste.

Tasting Notes: Fresh, fruity floral and very mineral, with a salty finish, as you would expect from tears. Vinified by Julien Albertus - Domaine Kumpf et Meyer for the Vins & Volailles company, founded by Parisian wine saleswoman Fleur Godart, as part of a series of wines to take a stance against sexism, racism and homophobia called "Les Cuvées Militantes".
Tasting Notes: Only one day of maceration means this wine is somewhere between a white and orange wine. Intense aromas of hay, apricots, sea spray, honey and ginger. On the palate it is juicy, fresh and with a salty finish.
Tasting Notes: Grüner Veltliner and Scheurebe undergo semi-carbonic maceration for a week, after which they are pressed to age in used oak and acacia barrels. The wine perfectly combines Grüner Veltliner's spicy restraint and Scheurebe's lush aromaticity. Tropical fruit, lemons and herbs on the nose and a juicy palate with a good, mineral structure.
