Tasting Notes: Diolinoir is a Swiss crossing between Diolly and Pinot Noir. Spicy and slightly smokey, with notes of ripe dark cherries and cassis. On the palate it's medium bodied with more spice, but also juicy fruit, minerality and good freshness.
