Tasting Notes: This bright, fresh and juicy red (mainly Cinsault) is great value. It's practically bursting with strawberry and red cherry, with earthy undertones and a touch of fine tannin. Manual harvest, vatting in whole clusters for 48h, without reassembly or batonnage. Six months whole bunch in concrete tank, bottled with no SO2.
