Tasting Notes: A pleasure with Lots of rhubarb juice, some grapefruit, lemon zest, wild strawberries and wild roses in the nose. The fruity notes are mirrored on the palate. It is dry, with vivacious bubbles, a zippy acidity that reminds us of pomegranate juice and saline notes. Great on its own on a sunny day, with fried fish, sushi (also vegetarian rolls with avocado!) or any specialties from Emilia Romagna like tortellini and lard-drenched gnocco fritto.
