Tasting Notes: Aged for half a year in various wooden barrels and bottled unfiltered and unsulfured. On the nose aromas of overripe melon, some quince and meadow herbs, ripe yellow fruit with a cool touch in the background, lots of sage and some eucalyptus, great complexity. On the palate with a charming and juicy start, soft and again with yellow fruit, pineapple, yellow peach and ripe pear. A very harmonious and charming chalky gravel, even natural wine beginners need not be afraid.
