Tasting Notes: Bain defied the Pouilly-Fume’ regulation, making a 100% Sauvignon Blanc classified as Vin de France. Though it is classically vinified in steel and aged in french barrels, this Sauvignon blanc is anything but traditional. Notes of quince, honey and vanilla, with a good acidity and a mineral finish.
