Tasting Notes: Very fine and sweet nose. Nice black fruits, light smoky notes, mineral. Tannins present but extremely fine. A frank, clean and fresh finish. Maceration of whole bunches, 10 days. Matured in second hand Burgundy barrels for 18 months.
