Tasting Notes: The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation, staying on the skin for three days. After the fermentation it stays in old barrels for 11 months.A lovely, open and fresh nose of cranberries and sour cherries, with some baking spices in the background. It has a fresh, fruity and extremely juicy palate, with crispy, well-incorporated acidity. Comes with a mineral and almost meaty finish.
