Tasting Notes: Intense and mature. Notes of butter toffee mingle with aromas of quince, dried mango, hazelnuts and white flowers. The palate is soft and creamy but not heavy, with a slight saltiness towards the end.
Tasting Notes: Intense garnet red, on the nose complex notes of black cherries, raspberries and red plums as well as slight hints of blackberries, blackcurrants, mint and mineral spices, velvety soft on the palate, lively and aromas of plum, cocoa and vanilla, the tones of wood are evident, but very well balanced, elegant, fruity and mineral finish. For Haalde, the grapes are fermented together with the stems. The corresponding grapes come from 35-year-old vineyards. Haalde is a wine for Pinot fanatics!
