Alessandra Divella

Lombardia, Italy

Alessandra Divella is a self taught, first generation winemaker based in Gussago, Lombardy, just outside Franciacorta. She founded her estate in 2012 on a two hectare lease, farming organic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir on Jurassic limestone clay soils with a move toward permaculture.
Her wines are all made in the traditional Champagne method with zero dosage and zero added sulfur, guided by indigenous yeasts and long aging on the lees—anywhere from two to five years. Hand harvested and gently pressed in an old basket press, the result is sparkling wines with razor sharp acidity, saline minerality, and precise, crystalline texture.
At only around 30 years old, Alessandra has already established herself as a pioneer in natural sparkling wine and notably the first female producer in her area to do so. Her lineup includes expressive cuvées like Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, Rosé de Saignée, and the father dedicated NiNì, praised for their elegance, energy, and terroir-driven character.
In short, Alessandra Divella is crafting artisanal, zero dosage sparkling wines of grower Champagne quality, rooted in organic practices and driven by precision, purity, and a strong sense of place.
