Andreas Ziniel is a natural winemaker based in Burgenland, Austria, operating at the country's lowest elevation near Lake Neusiedl. His family-run estate spans 18 hectares and practices organic farming, emphasizing minimal intervention in both vineyard and cellar. The estate produces a diverse range of wines, including reds, whites, rosés, and sparkling wines, crafted from varieties such as St. Laurent, Zweigelt, Welschriesling, Muskateller, and Sauvignon Blanc. Fermentation occurs with native yeasts, and sulfur is added only when necessary. The wines are known for their purity, expressiveness, and a distinctive, grounded character that reflects the unique terroir of the region.
