Domaine de Mandelot is a natural wine estate located in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Burgundy. Established in 2023 by François Grangé, the domaine spans approximately 10 hectares, including 6 hectares under vinification. The vineyards are farmed organically, with practices such as horse plowing and the use of skimmed milk to combat powdery mildew. Winemaking is minimal intervention, with no added sulfites or other inputs from harvest to bottling. The estate produces a range of wines, including reds, whites, and rosés, all characterized by precision, depth, and a lightness that invites another sip.
