Domaine des Miquettes is a biodynamic winery established in 2003 by Paul Estève and Chrystelle Vareille in Cheminas, Ardèche, France. The estate spans approximately 6 hectares, primarily planted with Syrah, along with Marsanne and Viognier. Farming practices are biodynamic, with an emphasis on minimal intervention. Winemaking includes spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts, aging in buried terracotta amphorae, and bottling without fining, filtration, or added sulfur. The wines are known for their purity, complexity, and expression of terroir.
