Tasting Notes: The vines, some of which are 100 years old, cover around 1.4 hectares! Chenin Blanc vines, whose yellow clay soils are characterised by slate and quartz. Wonderfully inviting on the nose with aromas of quince, candied orange peel, vineyard peach and some pineapple, underlaid with notes of blossom honey and a mineral-spicy flint touch. On the palate with a beautiful melting texture, juicy and elegant, with a great balance of fruit, minerality and a fine, well-supporting acid nerve.
