Tasting Notes: At first, it smells like an open bottle of mango iced tea in a gas station. But have patience (or pour it into a carafe) – after a while the petrol smell blows off and inviting scents of candied orange peel, peach candy, apricot, tropical fruit and herbs appear. On the palate, there’s a mellow attack, fine tannins, aromas of tropical fruits, a refreshing acidity and some bitterness towards the finish.
