Tasting notes : Juicy, bright and gently wild, with aromas of crunchy red berries, sour cherry and rhubarb, lifted by subtle floral and herbal notes. On the palate it is light, vibrant and sapid, with fine tannins and a tangy, mouthwatering finish. Zero‑zero natural red; whole‑cluster Gamay, spontaneous fermentation, no fining, filtration or added SO₂.
