Tasting Notes: The Reserve Line represents a limited, hand-picked selection of the best vintages by the oenologist. Each bottle can be identified by its unique number and is released after the Kakha Tchotiashvili has signed them. The wine has been macerated in qvevri for seven months with skin contact and aged in the Caucasian oak barrel for three months.The wine has an amber color, autumn fruit notes, and high tannins with long-lasting flavor.
