Tasting Notes: This is a brand new white wine from Stéphane, made from the rare Grolleau Gris grape variety. This is actually a rather ridiculed variety, which is mainly used in the region for sparkling wine production and as a blending partner for rosé. In Stéphane's hands, however, this "wallflower" has become a real beauty. The nose reveals inviting aromas of white peach, Nashi pear, grapefruit and delicate exotic fruits, framed by notes of white flowers and a little aniseed. Elegant structure on the palate, fresh and fruity with great freshness and fine minerality on the finish.
