The "Allè Bianco" from Flavia Rebellious Wines is a delightful white blend that brings together the best of Sicily's indigenous grapes, Catarratto and Zibibbo. Produced in the Marsala region, this wine is noted for its harmonious mix of herbaceous and citrus fruit aromas from the Catarratto grape, and jasmine flowers and tropical fruit notes from the Zibibbo, creating a vivid, fruity, and floral profile.

It has a fresh and intensely aromatic character, with a lively freshness that makes it particularly appealing, making it the perfect companion for warm, sunny days. Whether you're lounging on a terrace or basking in the sun by the river in your swimsuit, this wine brings a cool, crisp enhancement to your relaxation. Luckily, it comes in a generous one-liter bottle—ideal for sharing with your loved ones.

Sintonia - Valentina Passalacqua - 2019

This rosé, crafted from the Nero di Troia grape in the sunny climes of Puglia, Italy, is a testament to natural winemaking. With its vivid cherry hue and a profile that combines freshness with aromatic complexity, Sintonia is a wine that perfectly captures the essence of the season.

Pairing wonderfully with the laid-back, sun-drenched days, Sintonia's bright notes and refreshing palate make it an ideal companion for light seasonal fare. Try it alongside a platter of fish and mussels from the grill. Alternatively, it pairs beautifully with a simple Caprese salad, where the freshness of the tomatoes and the creaminess of mozzarella echo the wine's vibrant yet smooth character. This pairing not only enhances the dining experience but also reflects the joyous, carefree spirit of spring and summer.

Pét-Nat? Cidre! – Tom Lapomme & Dä hässigi Migi - 2022

Introducing a fresh take on enjoying life's moments: cider as the perfect aperitif. Picture the invigorating crispness of a cider tantalizing your palate as you gather with friends or unwind after a busy day. But this isn't just any cider – it's a blend of heritage Thurgauer apple varieties, carefully selected for their unique flavors.

Derived from a blend of Engishofer, Tobiässler, and Sauergrauech apples, this cider boasts a rich depth of taste that sets it apart. What truly sets it apart, however, is its meticulous crafting process. Spontaneously fermented and bone dry, it undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, resulting in a complexity that evolves with every sip.

Each glass offers a journey of flavor, from its dry texture to the laser vibrancy and freshness that define it. Cheers to the simple joys and the pleasures found in the art of cider-making.

So why not raise a glass to the art of the aperitif? Let these beverages be your companion as you embark on culinary adventures and create lasting memories with loved ones.
