Sottoriva - Malibran - 2021

Tasting notes : Straw yellow, with some Prosecco typically on the nose, but more complexity than usual. Shows notes of apples, pears and white flowers, as well as some bread crust and yeast. In the mouth it is dry, full, crisp, balanced and pleasant. It closes with a nice return on the fruit, before a tart finish.
