Tasting notes : UNA has a cloudy orange-yellow colour in the glass, as the wine has not been fined or filtered. Cloves and apples on the nose. Fine velvety structure on the palate, beautiful acidity with apple, nut and spices. Long, beautiful finish. Shows its full flavour spectrum after an hour in the carafe.
