Wine in its purest form - this is what Leo Uibel from the Weinviertel, a 50-minute drive north of Vienna, has dedicated himself to. Wine enjoyment away from the masses and wine is fun to drink are his motto. By working the vineyards biodynamically, attention is paid not only to nature, but to all life in the vineyard. This purist approach means that no additives are used, only a little sulphur may be added before bottling. As a result, all wines are ‘vegan’, which of course does not detract from a good steak. Organic and Demeter-certified.
