Elepolypossum - Jean-Louis Tribouley

Tasting notes : Deep garnet red with a subtle violet hue at the rim. Aromas of black cherries, ripe plum, and dark berry compote meet smoky garrigue, cracked pepper, and leather-wrapped tobacco. On the palate it’s vibrant and fluid yet structured, with juicy dark fruit, mineral grit, and smooth tannins that enrobe the finish. The tail lingers with a whisper of wild herbs, slate dust and a hint of saline drive.
