"A comforting autumn day with the warmth of a hearty chicken breast and morels, accompanied by the melodic embrace of Neil Young's "Harvest Moon."
This wine was vinified similarly to a Vin Jaune in Jura; the barrel wasn't filled to the top, resulting in an oxidative vinification process that brings forth notes of nuts and develops complexity in the wine.
The wines from the serie "LP" are produced without any additives.
