The oldest method of creating a harmonious and complex wine is just playing with the merging of several vintages, several varieties, different barrels and different soils in a certain ratio. We made this game with our three varieties, Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon and Roesler from the 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017 vintages from different locations!
Thus, the wine is not artificially and violently changed, but only created by bringing together many different facets that bring the individual wines. The individual character of each grape, the influence of the weather in the different years and also the characteristics of the different types of wood in the oak barrels made this cuvée, 3 types of wine, 4 years, a wonderfully multi-faceted and harmonious wine.
