Tasting Notes: Bright ruby in colour, with aromas of cherry, raspberry, strawberry and candied violet. Cherry, wild strawberry, red currant and hibiscus flower are glazed by tangy acidity. Red berries and a squeeze of citrus zest linger on the mineral driven finish. Silky, fruity and gluggable.
