Tasting Notes: Another crazy blend from Ad Vinum: Pinot Gris is left on the skins for three days, after which direct press Pinot Blanc is added. Then it is blended with Grenache Gris with five days of skin contact. The result is a fresh rosé, with a bit of an orange wine touch. Juicy and quaffable, with fine tannins and tons of character.
