Tasting Notes: The Sinfonia di Rosso is all Nerello Mascalese and is farmed biodynamically. The grapes are from clay soils up at an elevation of 220 meters to receive those cool sea breezes then it is fermented with native yeasts in steel and aged for seven months in neutral chestnut barrels. This is an island wine in name and taste. Notes of red berries, Mediterranean herbs, toasty scents, and hint of salt on the long finish it is a wine that one can tell is crafted by a master.
