10 Monte Oliveto - Vigne del Pellagroso - 2020

Amber/orange color, aromas of white berry fruit, thyme, floral notes of chamomile and white spices. On the palate it's juicy and fizzy. The perfect wine for sunshine!

9 Mas De Mon Père - Cause Toujours - 2021

A nose of ripe black cherries, tobacco, pepper and violets, with a touch of barnyard in the background. On the palate it is generous, juicy and with some silky tannins.

8 Domaine Ad Vinum - Le Lac Noir 2020

Another crazy blend from Ad Vinum: Pinot Gris is left on the skins for three days, after which direct press Pinot Blanc is added. Then it is blended with Grenache Gris with five days of skin contact. The result is a fresh rosé, with a bit of an orange wine touch. Juicy and quaffable, with fine tannins and tons of character.

7 Pinot Noir - Sophie Kreuter - 2021

A fresh and delicate Pinot Noir that offers immediate drinking pleasure. Juicy, fruity, with some herbaceous undertones.

6 Weissweincuvée "Hapbee" - Frank John - 2020

The John family acquired the parcel where the grapes for Hapbee grow in 2019 and are changing it to biodynamic agriculture. On the nose this wine shows black- and redcurrant, apples and grapefruit, with some exotic fruit in the background. The palate is juicy and mineral, with a refreshing acidity.

5 Mas Coutelou - Classe - 2019

Lots of cassis, a bit of dust and some black pepper typical of Syrah, that constitutes the main ingredient in this blend. Lovely juicy fruit and some silky tannins on the palate.

4 Cidrerie A. Heftig - Cidre Engishofer - 2020

This dry Cider is made from an old Swiss apple variety. It finishes its fermentation inside the bottle, like a pet nat. Fresh, low in alcohol and tart.

3 Mosterei Oswald + Ruch - Cidre Apfel/Birne/Quitte Klettgau - 2021

A lovely cider blend of three fruit varieties - apples, quince and pear - in which each is noticeable. It is slightly sweet, but still tart and refreshing.

2 Confondo Rosato - Buccia Nera - 2019

Lobster pink with beautiful opalescence. Yeast deposit clearly visible at the bottom of the bottle. The nose opens with hints of yeast and bakery and then opens up to fruity aromas of cherry, wild strawberries, white currants and rose petals, and closes with a mineral note. The taste is dry with a very delicate but persistent bubble, fresh and savoury with good persistence.

1 Kalkspitz - Christoph Hoch

A turbid and slightly wild Pet Nat with a fresh and somewhat aromatic profile. Easy drinking with good acidity and a pleasant salinity towards the end.
