10 White Solera - Johannes Zillinger

Assemblage of different vintages, partially skin fermented, partially aged in a solera system. Fruity nose with notes of pineapple, apple cider and citrus fruit. Dry and complex on the palate with a crisp acidity and a long, salty finish.

9 Demain Je Serais Adorable - Domaine Lolita Sene - 2019

A fresh and energizing grenache. Dark fruits with a cocoa point supported by a beautiful acidity that slaps on the tongue. Double yum.

8 Susucaru Rosso - Frank Cornelissen - 2020

Color intense ruby red, tending to violet, slightly clouded. Very fine and delicate notes of small red fruits, mineral timbres, citrus peel, liquorice, black pepper and cloves. Dry, elegant, fragrant, frank and mineral taste, with remarkable character and personality.

7 Metonymia - L'Alézan - 2020

Notes of apricot jam, melon, with live tannins

6 Pét Nat Rosé - Quinta do Javali - 2020

Bubble for every day. Aromatic and tropical to the nose. Mature peach and slightly bitter taste. Fine body with long finish.

5 Galéjade - Mouressipe - 2020

Light orange color with pink reflexes, slightly cloudy. Floral nose, with rose notes, then citrus fruits (tangerine) and lychee. Fluid mouth, with very small catchy tannins and a nice persistence in the mouth. A rosé full of delicacy!

4 Akméniné - Sébastien Riffault - 2017

Golden color, almost amber. Distinct smoky and dried fruit hints, apricot, fig and dates with a hint of almond. Savory and fresh in the mouth, with an almost oily fullness and a salty finish.

3 Paro Orange - Buccia Nera - 2020

Intense and brilliant golden yellow color. The nose smells of ripe white fruits, sweet spices, candied orange peel and aromatic herbs typical of the characteristic terroir. In the mouth notes of dried apricot, melon, peach, quince, accompanied by herbaceous hints of laurel and rosemary.

2 Note Di Bianco - Alessandro Viola - 2021

Meadow flowers, marzipan, ripe yellow fruit and light salty hints. In the mouth it is fresh, structured and savory with excellent persistence.

1 Coume De L'Olla Rouge - Matassa - 2020

The Mediterranean character of Grenache Noir is diluted by white grapes, which give it a more Nordic and mineral tone. The taste is consistent, juicy and satisfying.
