Tasting Notes: Hazy golden yellow color. Aromas of apricot yoghurt, chalk and pears, with some cardamom and herbs in the background. Smooth and juicy on the palate, with a pleasant creaminess and a refreshing acidity.
Tasting Notes: Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections. In the nose ripe blackberries, hints of plums and elderberries, delicate floral nuances, subtle tobacco notes. On the palate juicy and elegant, fruity sweetness, fine tannin, already seems accessible, fine nougat on the finish.
Tasting Notes: Over 13 different grape varieties that grow together. The grapes are harvested and vinified together. Almost forgotten grape varieties such as Furmint and Heunisch come to life in this wine. The different degrees of ripeness of the grape material make this wine so diverse. While with "aromatic grape varieties" such as Muscat or Riesling, precision is sought, this is not the goal with this wine: you will find Golden Delicious apple notes, quince, a certain hay aroma in addition to floral notes (which probably originate in Furmint). This exciting wine is carried by a harmonious acidity and an almost salty minerality.
Tasting Notes: Timotheus’s second wife and Winifred’s stepmother. An easy-going and somewhat voluptuous lady, she first found the love of her life at a slightly older age. Shaped by her tempestuous youth, she is an unconventional type that radiates vitality and enjoys life to the fullest. She feels most at home in company, is open to strangers, and rewards friends with deep insights into her innermost qualities. Blaufrankisch and Roesler
Tasting Notes: Multifaceted nose, aromas of violets, cherries, noble wood notes, licorice and a mineral touch. On the palate juicy, very elegantly structured, lively, perfect tannin and wonderfully long lasting. Delightful.
